Every last time when I dropped my pen after completing its parts, I thought I’ll not need to continue this topic again. But with every new rotation Earth is releasing out new stories. Things are changing constantly, and are therefore re-maturing pre-established ideologies. Being the writer of this tale, it becomes my responsibility to educate my readers with the new folds in the story without leaving them in any ambiguity.

When I was a small kid, in my absurd thoughts and after watching some magic-based serials, many times I thought to suppose if I’ve some special powers in my hands and I will touch every person coming across and I will either purify them or make them zombies. Sounds funny, isn’t it? After getting a bit mature, I used to laugh at my own ridiculous idea for years. But now, while getting any news from television I think I am living in a similar dream. One person touched x number of people and they all got infected, then they touched a few others and millions of people are infected. This transmission phenomenon looks completely rubbish but the disaster has actually happened.

China is suspected to be the prime suspect of this offence. Worldwide people are looking at China with an Inferiority complex. Due to lack of freedom of independent journalism, ground reports are not available from the mainland.

Fang Bin and Chen Qiushi, a businessman and a video journalist, decided to shoot ground reports from Wuhan and share actual details of the crises from Hubei province. Chen Quishi was also a former human rights lawyer. Both have lakhs of subscribers and thousands of views to their videos, but suddenly both disappeared. Chen’s mom appeared on twitter, stating her son is missing and all her efforts to find him couldn't be fruitful.

Well, this is 1400hrs, April 09, 2020 corona has killed 88570 people across the globe and infected 1521253 people. Italy reported 17669 deaths, USA 14797, Spain 14792, France 10869, UK 7097 deaths due to COVID-19. The USA has 435160, Spain 148220, Italy 139422, Germany 113296, France 112950 confirmed cases surpassing China, who reported 81865 cases. It has been a complete week since the US is reporting near around 1200-1900 deaths per day. Not only the US, Spain-Italy and France are also reporting 700-900 deaths daily. With these increasing numbers, it remains ponderable, who will see tomorrow and who will see today as the last day.

The previous part focused on China’s internal tension of Hongkong but a few days before, when the world is mourning for the deaths, economies are groaning for the breakdown, citizens are crying and governments are nervous, the spread of a report from Chinese territory shocked the entire world. Where the lands of Asia, Europe, Africa, and America are converting into a Mortuary, China again clued that it is committed to work for further massive destruction. China tried to absorb benefits out of the pandemic. There are a series of incidents.

Right after the so-called recovery of China from the severe epidemic, it started exporting medical kits. It established complete factories in a few days, producing 11.6 crore (116 Mn) masks daily, and around 8950 factories are currently engaged in the manufacture of masks and medical kits. It has increased the prices of face masks up to 5 times.

But their masks are recognized of low quality. N-95 masks restrict 95% infection and therefore are used by doctors, medical staff, but the masks sent by China in the name of N-95, are just 30% efficient to restrict the transmission. On testing when China's masks found inefficient, the Netherlands who had distributed these masks after purchasing from China, had to recall 600000 face masks, being unfit for the purpose intended, despite having a quality certificate. Further, the next shipment is put on hold and it also stated, it will not use any of these shipments.

Spain also jettisoned 50000 testing kits, sent from China, after getting to know that it has only 30% accuracy. 1.2 Mn (12 lakh) Chinese antibodies tests bought for $160 lakh (16MN) weren’t up to grade as per Slovak Government, Czech healthcare authorities said 300,000 quick tests purchased from China only worked on patients infected for five or more days, and one-third were defective. Spain and Netherland authorities stated thousands of medical masks and other testing kits are below standard or defective. 

Turkey also briefed similar issues, where these kits were inaccurate to determine if a person is COVID-19 positive or not. Bloomberg reported, in January and February China Imported millions of such masks from other countries for local needs. Now it is supplying such defective masks to the entire globe at a 5 times inflated price with the least quality standards. 

Was the import pre-intended for this export? Why are they sending 30% protective masks in the name of N-95?  Do they really want to expand the circumference of the epidemic?

We are not against China's earnings, but China imported more than 2 millions of masks just 2 months before and now it is exporting them at a 5 times inflated price, looks deceptive. It even urged from Chinese people residing in foreign countries to donate masks and medical equipment, half of the world's annual production is collected there, and now China is making money out of it. China has reported 81000 patients, if it is true then why did it import millions of masks? Is the current global shortage of masks pre-planned?

Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of Great Britain was hospitalized after 10 days of COVID-19 positive tests and now he is transferred to ICU. Prince Charles and The Health Minister of Britain are found to be COVID-19 positive. Queen Elizabeth II personally delivered a video message, 4th time in her entire life for applauding corona fighters and appealing people to stay at homes. Situations are becoming worse than before. But on the 8th of April, Wuhan city is released from lockdown.

All the past events in 3 months, relating to corona are contrary. The most populous country who doesn't know about a spread of a virus in its territory, later on identifying it claims only 3000 deaths, while more developed nations Italy, US report these cases in tens of thousands, while in China millions of mobile phones switched off, it daily requires thousands of urns, many human activists and doctors who raised their voice, suddenly disappears, while Beijing and Shanghai remain untouched. What we can conclude out of it.

But this is not the main problem.

Like I've discussed the dispute of the South China Sea, where China occupies 90% of the disputed sea area of 35 lakh (3.5 Mn) sq. km with its military oppressiveness over small nations, so as to establish its dominance in international trade routes and obtain oil and gas reserves of the area. This area is said to be golden mine in the sea because a country having this area under control will have access to abundant oil and gas reserves and can limit international trade on its own terms. China also had denied the decision of the International Tribunal for this sea part, earlier. Further, China has developed small islands in this disputed sea area with its dominance and deployed its troops. The reason is very simple. Annual trade from this region amounts US$ 5.3 lakh crore ( or 5.3 trillion). This area has 12500 crores (or 125 billion) barrels of oil and 500 trillion cubic feet gas reserves, as per a state-owned Chinese oil company’s data. This is why China and its neighbours and even the US have eyes pointed here.

China wants to accomplish all its desires in these hard times. In between the global struggle with the virus, China’s People's Liberation Army (PLA) started its military exercise with tanks, missiles and army men in north-east parts of its land. China’s fighter jets were also seen in Taiwan’s airspace. Spread of this information flowed fear in the area. In the weeds of World, when everyone has fallen sick economically and mentally, and the root cause behind the entire haphazard is China, it's war practice with tanks, missiles, jets and navy vessels has further developed a quandary of disappointments. It not only signs its narrow mindset, but also depicts its malicious expansionist intentions.

In the reaction, Taiwan also started its military exercise after 2 days, tanks were marching on the city roads of Yilan. Japan also deployed its type 12 surface-to-ship missiles and army personnel on its Miyakojima island. Overall in this hardship, a war-like situation has been created.

A question matures: was the corona game intended for this international dominance? Why when the world is fighting Corona, China wants to fight with neighbours?

In history, many times war-like conditions were seen to be created for this sea area. Taiwan is a good trade partner of Japan. Both also enjoy US friendship. But China has 5 major foes - Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia and Vietnam, while China doesn’t even like the existence of Taiwan. Taiwan, official name Republic of China, was a part of China's mainland but it was ceded to Japan in the Japanese victory of the Sino-Japanese war in 1895 then due to Japanese Civil war, it was again controlled under the rule of China in 1911. That time Chang Kai-Shek of Kuomintang political party was ruling the entire china, later on, the communist party defeated Kuomintang in 1949 and established their own dynasty. But communist navy was not efficient enough to grab Taiwan, and therefore Chang went to Taiwan, defeated communists and formed his government. After Japan’s defeat in world war II, the US and Britain handed the government in Taiwan to Chang Kai-Shek. After that whenever China desired to grab Taiwan's land, Taiwan complained and asked the US for protection and thus China could never accomplish its desires. 

China has a complete list to prove its ever expansionist policies in history.

In 1962, China attacked India due to its same intentions, when India was of the belief that China would never do it with India and 80000 Chinese soldiers fought with 20000 Indian soldiers and China captured 2 parts of Indian territory. Likewise in 1979 China attacked Vietnam, and started its massive destruction. Vietnamese still remember that havoc.

Often their leaders continued with offensive statements. In 2016, when Vietnam installed its rocket mobile launchers on its island, XI directly warned it for a war.

Till now China has hot disputes with these nations. And a major of its anger revolves around The South China Sea. After Donald Trump came in power, He signed a deal with Taiwan, and then sent its 7th fleet the largest US-forward deployed fleet, a military formation with 60 to 70 ships, 300 aircraft and 40,000 Corps in protection of Japan and Taiwan in the south China Sea. This was the most disturbing news for China. Since China is not capable of fighting directly with The United States and its ever-expanding military was incapable to reach, and it could also not limit its desire for Taiwan, it started to find an overall solution. With rising tensions and lack of any proper solution, it agreed for the development of bioweapon. 
Some analysts trace its origin from Yunnan province of China while others refer it from Hubei province of China. Anyway, Scientists worked for years in the deep forests and caves of China, researching snakes, bats and other insects. A internal-teaching video of how to do research on viruses was leaked from China earlier, which showed its brutal mindset. When a weapon was developed, first it was planned to be used in HongKong because of rising protest for democracy. But to hide it from the world, it was first tested on Uyghur Muslims in torture camps of Xinjiang. Results were shocking, where bones of people undertaken for tests were melting.

Then this bioweapon was considered as an overall equipment to solve all its problems. Before China could come up from its tensions of the South China sea, a problem of tariff war started between the US and China. This trade war has resulted in deep economic consequences for China. It was showing bearing impacts on Xi’s plans of making China a superpower by 2021-22. As rightly said “Revenge is a dish best served cold”,  It had an option to use its biological weapon with which It could take revenge from the US for the ongoing Trade war, its military support to Taiwan and Japan, it’s fleet deployment. It could also be a well edged two-sided weapon for all its enemies in the South China Sea. It might be its plan that when everyone will be struggling, it will grab the sea part as well. 

Anyhow, due to something went wrong, the virus got leaked in Wuhan, but it was sufficient for China's desires. As of now when the US and all other countries in the world are moving in extreme darkness, China is in the mood to execute its full-fledged plan. China is printing bulk money, doesn't letting others come up because of its below standard supplies. When a majority of healthcare supplies are provided by China, it hands-on with its extreme intentions of grabbing the south China Sea. These acts can be proved to be a very special tool in its way of achieving a trophy of Superpower.

This is not an ad-hoc theory, Why China started its war exercise near its disputed region, When China is already blamed for the spread of a virus and its all other enemies are already sick. Why were its navy vessels and jets seen in the opponent's territory? These incidents are not coincidences, rather look like a well-planned strategy. In this harsh era, military exercise is itself sufficient to doubt someone but a series of facts concretize the suspicion for China. The spread of a virus from a country, shutting down of world economies, instant recovery of the causing country, its reopening and massive earnings, backed with previous tensions of the trade war and now it engages in a military exercise at the northeast areas near Taiwan. Does the world look stupid who will not understand this?

And this is often not the first virus from China. In previous parts, I have described, China was a root cause for many viruses in history. 

China’s ever expansionist policies don't have any end. Its One Belt One Road initiative was planned to connect 65 nations, 3 continents, Asia, Europe and Africa with 6 economic corridors and thereby seize foreign lands. China already controls many nations in a very inexpressive way. With temptations of funds, capital investments, interest-free or low rated interest loans to many countries, it tries to financially slave other nations and by the way with its one belt one programme, it desires to cover a half of the world’s population under its circle.

It is truly not simple to understand China's highly optimistic strategies. Corona could have been used to boost its expansionist plans.

This border dispute could remain as a dispute but China's demonstration of missiles, tanks, vessels in these hard times proves its guilt. China's recent activities look, "it was willing to take benefits out of these hard times or it has created these hard times to take benefits".

World leaders are condemning China. Daily World’s news brief that someone was beaten by the crowd on the assumption of his Chinese nationality. Well this is wrong, their citizens were not involved, but who was responsible should be triggered out.

Britain in late January allowed Huawei for its development of the 5G network but after this outbreak, 15 senior Tories and former Deputy PM Damian Green wrote to the current PM to rethink bilateral relationships with China. Likewise, Australian politicians are also arguing to rethink China as a trade partner. The US is also shouting as Chinese virus. Well, this is the beginning. Entire world needs to rethink relationships with China in business, military, healthcare, infrastructure, telecom and all other sectors of partnership, if it cannot be brought out of its mindset.

"If all the efforts of the peaceful establishment of peace have vanished then it is the time for the forceful establishment of peace". Like I said in the previous part, Ethical principles can not be established at the cost of the entire humanity.

After the release of lockdown on the 8th of April, thousands of people from Wuhan have started migration to different cities and provinces. A scientist warned Corona can return to its 2nd layer by April end in China. Wuhan city had infection spread among 90% of the population of 1.25 crore (12.5 Mn) and just 10% of them have built their immunity against it. Even in the curfew period, thousands of people were protesting for not letting anyone, to come to Wuhan and against Xi’s dictatorial rule, lie about the corona, suppressing of actual death figures and their overall silence.

Globally, scientists are arguing that Corona is changing its structure in different regions and getting in contact with different people. Even without getting any symptoms, people are getting Corona-positive.

Corona has also entered the United States’s 7th fleet and therefore it is shut down. It is possible that sooner the US will remove it from the Japanese sea.

While looking at this crisis, we should also not ignore the global danger.

In the same series, recent missile tests of North Korea can not be ignored. In the previous month itself, N. Korea has conducted total 4 weapon tests while on 29th it tested 2 short-range ballistic missiles and raised the danger of war. Kim Jong Un, The dictator of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and Xi Jinping, The president of the People’s Republic of China have very good friendship status and the bilateral relations between N. Korea and China are also not hidden. Perhaps China is the only country in the globe which has such magnificent relations with the freak dictator of N. Korea and Nasty relations with so many countries in the world. Whereas in the last year war like situations between the US and N. Korea also heated up several times due to hooey attitude of weapons testing and provocative statements.

Many countries have border disputes, even every country has few nations which are all-time against the former, but China is the only one which has a list of such countries, all existing at the complete circumference of its border. 

Well, my intention is not to disrepute China, It has its own national interest and I am not the one to criticize it in its internal matters. I’m just specifically signifying the use of China’s bio-weapon against its enemy nations, and when all the countries have bent to their knees and all are weak economy-wise, strength-wise, manpower wise just because of severe pandemic well-organized by China, China is desirous in a mega battle with all its unloved countries. I also doubt the possibility of selfish use of these hard times by N. Korea.

There is one more danger to world’s peace that can not be skipped untouched. After the airstrike by the US on General Qasim Sulemani for actively developing plans to kill American Diplomats, Iran is burning in the fire of revenge. 

Right after the death of Sulemani on 3rd January 2020, Iran has attacked the US air and military base in Iraq several times. It has also launched dozens of ballistic missiles. Almost one hundred US soldiers were killed and many more wounded. Even Iran hoisted Red blag on one of its mosque, ever in its history to symbolize an informal message of war. But with the spread of this global havoc of Corona, both the nations had to focus on rising death tolls of their countries and the hot issue of January looked to be started cooling.

But recently, when everyone is busy in controlling own death rates and infected patients, Iran stepped up to revive past tensions and write the new destruction.

Reports claim recently Iran launched 5 missiles on an American oil company in Iraq. The US has put various restrictions on Iran’s nuclear programme. It restricted the import of uranium by Iran up to 98% for 15 years. But It has already collected enormous Uranium before these restrictions were imposed. Iran’s nuclear programme is working underground and it is accelerated after Sulemani’s death in January. Iran states it has further expanded the destruction capabilities of Uranium. Iran has also launched various rockets to expand its space operations. The US is scared that it may use satellite launches to develop its ballistic missiles.

The technologies used to launch satellites into orbit are virtually identical and interchangeable with those used in longer-range systems, including intercontinental ballistic missiles, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said. Iran withdrew from the Nuclear deal in 2018 to efficiently conduct its tests and further European diplomats stated its Shahab-3 is technically capable of delivering nuclear weapons. 

When America is already weakening, there is a possibility that Iran and North Korea may engage themself in any struggle with the USA. Though Iran alone may not be a big counterpart for the superpower but its nuclear expansion is fearful and the USA is already sick due to Corona.

In this global death trap, there are few nations which are leading the civilisation to extinction. China, on the one hand, has already killed thousands with its corona, it is still provoking a war in the South China Sea with Japan and Taiwan. By the way, on fighting with them The US may come in support of Japan and Taiwan, and then Russia and Arab nations have to consider their Chinese friendship. Russia is the 2nd most powerful country, and it supports China, while Russia and the US could never incorporate common understandings.
If the US doesn't come in direct struggle with China, then there is another possibility that N. Korea will attack the USA. The USA is all sick and N. Korea is testing all its weapons, like before the war, and a sick enemy will be the best opportunity for N. Korea. The US 7th fleet is also possible to be moved and Kim is happy, therefore. N. Korea does not have any single positive patient of COVID-19 and it also wants to gain benefits out of the global pandemic. If this war begins due to the freak attitude of Kim, Iran will also join to beat the USA.

The coming period will have much more to see, it looks like a big halt in history. While there is a pandemic killing of thousands of people daily, with no perfect vaccine yet developed, there is a possibility of major wars in the coming era which will have a high potential to change both history and geography. What will happen, only time can teach but it is sure that it will modify all the concepts and will bring human civilization to a new square. 

I am hopeful for peace, because, with advancements in technology, battles will not be fought like happened in History. Someone is using bioweapon. More countries may come in this line and there is another risk of use of nuclear weapons. If these powers are exercised, it would no longer be an individual country’s war but may take the shape of a world-war. Friend nations will be bound to interfere.

This is the time when countries like Russia, India, Japan, France, Germany, UK, Australia and all other major powers of the earth should take a self-responsible and leading position to navigate the world in a better future. For humanity as a whole, we are obliged to side our national interests with some particular countries, and come up as a global conflict resolver for the overall betterment. Our great advancements have led us to the margins, and if powers will be used to attack each other, there will be no one to listen to the story of humanity. Our technologies have developed weapons of mass destruction, we are capable of sweeping out entire species from the globe. If we are to continue our existence, we have to behave very responsibly. The conditions are severely difficult and mutual efforts of all nations without any bitterness can only help us to come out.

Together we will be better.
